Description:

Elderflowers aid in cleansing the kidneys and purifying the blood.


May be useful for but not limited to:

• Relieve headaches.
• Help with hay fever symptoms.
• Treat kidney & bladder infections.
• Stomach upsets & constipation.
• Strengthen the heart.
• Depression & stomach ulcers.

Serving Suggestions:
Blood purifier & kidney cleanser: Simmer 1 tbls of flowers in 1 1/2 cups water for 5 minutes. Take daily for 2-3 weeks, one hour before breakfast.
