Sage comes from the Latin word ‘salvere’ which means to save, cure and be in good health. 

May be useful for but not limited to:

• Restores energy and revives a failing memory.
• Restore hair growth & clear dandruff.
• Good for coughs & colds & to dry up nasal buildup.
• Promote bile flow.
• Hot flushes.

Cautions or Contraindication:
Therapeutic dosages contra-indicated during lactation & pregnancy.

Serving Suggestions:
As a gargle for sore throats, steep 1teasp. into 1 cup of boiling water. Add some lemon and honey and gargle.
